All items purchased from Outsiders Store can be returned for a refund or exchange when returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned with a valid receipt or completed returns form in the parcel in a perfect, unused condition, complete with any box or packaging.

Once returned we will issue a refund within 5 working days in the same tender type as originally used.

In situations where a transaction has been made with cash, the value will be refunded as a BACS payment within 14 days.

Please do not apply postage labels directly to product packaging and ensure the item(s) are packaged securely and suitably for transit.

Items packaged in a box (e.g. footwear) must be returned in an outer box or bag for protection.

When you’re arranging to return an item, we strongly recommend that you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

If you receive an item that's damaged or faulty let us know as soon as possible. We will then arrange to have the item returned to us. You will not be liable for any return postage charges.

Any faulty items should be returned for assessment free from mud or dirt.

If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package as 'Returned Goods'. We are not liable for any costs incurred from customs and duties due to this oversight.
